The Mountain House

is a detached house and is located in the upper village of Baillestavy with a beautiful view of the valley and surrounding mountains. Located in an impasse (dead end square) with two houses and no cars. Ideal for hikers and those who come for peace and tranquility in a uniquely situated mountain landscape. The House (135m2) is suitable for 4 to 5 people and has two floors. There is also a garage for storing your motorbikes and bicycles during the stay.

The sunny living room has a central heating stove and comfortable sofa. A smart TV connected to internet with DVD player. With o.a nl, be, fr and du, TV channels. A varied bookcase in various languages ​​and children's books. WIFI available.

A well-equipped kitchen. With 2 refrigerators (A++), 1 with three drawers, 6-burner stove with hot air oven and grill and a dishwasher (A++). In addition, fully equipped with lots of kitchen scales, pans, dishes and utensils.
Kitchen linen is available.
 
The large bathroom with walk-in shower and two sinks. In addition, a separate toilet.
Bath linen is provided.

There are two bedrooms with two single box spring beds each of 90 X 200. The beds can be put together with an additional mattress topper or separately for as long as you wish.
There is an option for a third bedroom for two persons.

One bedroom is on the same floor as the living room, bathroom and separate toilet.
Via a fixed staircase you go to the 2nd bedroom. Adjacent is a loft with a possibility of an extra (children's) bed.
The third room is on the same floor.

There is a washing machine in the basement and an extra toilet.

Enjoy the garden, a book on the terrace or delicious food on the large covered porch, all with magnificent views. You can cvook outside on the plancha.

The house is fully double glazed and has a central heating stove with solar water heater. So in the early and late seasons you can enjoy comfortably here.

Note: due to 3 small stairs to the holiday home, it might be less suitable for people with reduced mobility and / or with small children.
